Trial Period

All trial periods offered by Influencely are non-refundable. By activating a trial, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for trial subscriptions, regardless of usage or circumstances.

Subscription Refunds

Paid subscriptions to Influencely may be eligible for refunds under certain specific circumstances. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If the product is experiencing persistent errors or technical problems that prevent normal use, and our support team is unable to resolve the issues in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased a subscription or made a duplicate purchase, and you contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • Service Not as Described: If the service significantly differs from what was advertised or described on our website or marketing materials.
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged or billed for services you did not authorize.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email address and subscription details
  3. Clearly explain the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant details or documentation
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Once a refund is approved and processed, your subscription will be immediately cancelled, and you will lose access to all premium features.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligible circumstances outlined above.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@believemotion.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period unless the cancellation qualifies under one of the eligible circumstances listed above.
